You’re

Artistic Eclectic!

You’re the sort of person who can focus intensely on a creative project, letting the time fly by. You’ve got a healthy dose of enthusiasm that fuels your imagination.

Unique people fascinate you, and in turn, they’re drawn to your lively spirit. You value beauty and variety in your work because they keep your mind engaged in your process. As a sensitive visionary, your time alone refuels your creativity.

You’re independent and highly creative. You notice how a place “feels” right away because you’re very attuned to your surroundings.

Your Home Color Palette includes deep, rich versions of the secondary colors, with a couple of twists.

Berry Fizz, Peruvian Chili and Avalon Teal stand in for the classic triad. Spice Market shakes things up with its snappy yellow undertones. Neutrals temper the spice as Upper West Side balances the contrast between Plum Martini and Atrium White.

Off-beat and unexpected, your palette colors have their own creative identities that can make a strong statement.

Your new Home Color Palette!

Here’s one way you can use four of the colors in your palette: Atrium White on the walls, Upper West Side on the trim, Plum Martini on the wainscoting, and Berry Fizz on the ceiling.

You don’t need to use all of the colors at once. A good general guideline is to choose two or three colors per room, with at least one of them being a neutral, like Atrium White or Upper West Side.

But this is just one idea. In the next email, I’ll show you another variation of your palette in the same space.

A Little bit more about me~

When I was a kid, my parents were really into interior design. I used to play with their drafting tools and I drew tons of imaginary floor plans. It’s no surprise that I became an interior designer.

What my parents were doing on a much deeper level was really creating a sanctuary for our family. Through interior design, they crafted rooms that intentionally made us feel at home. No matter what happened at school, I knew that my home (and my mom) were there to welcome me back.

That’s what I want to do for others--help them create their own sanctuaries where they feel totally at home, no matter what. That’s why I’m an interior designer.

Your Artistic Eclectic Design Concept!

I created this Artistic Eclectic furnishings concept just for you, as an example companion to your palette. I think it would make a beautiful first impression in a foyer.

The rug includes three of the colors and literally grounds the space. From there, everything else relates to each other by shape, color and line, which I think is the essence of “style”. Cool teal and warm berry shades reflect back to the rug. Lighting and accessories bring visual interest with their repetition of shapes.

I offer the collection as design inspiration for you, from my imagination to yours. How would you adapt it for your own home?
